Step 1.Download and Run Android Data Recovery on PC or Mac
After installing, run the program on computer. Then, choose “Recover data from broken phone” option, and click “scan it” at the bottom left corner of the home page.
Step 2.Choose File Type from Locked Samsung Phone
Once your device is connected, you will be asked to select the type of files you’d like to recover in the below interface. Uncheck “Select all” and choose “Contacts”, “Messages”, “Videos” and “Gallery” and more. After that, click “Next” to get to the phone fault type interface.
Step 3.Select Phone Fault Type and Phone Model
You can now choose a phone fault type from the two options. If your Samsung phone screen is locked, then select “Touch cannot be used or cannot enter the system”.
