Step 1.Enter “Phone to Phone Transfer” Mode
Launch the Phone Transfer app on your computer after you have downloaded and installed it, then connect both Samsung and Sony Xperia phones with the USB cords. There are 4 modes for you to select from. If you want to copy data from Samsung to Sony Xperia XZ, enter the “Phone to Phone Transfer” mode and continue.
Step 2.Connect Samsung and Sony Xperia XZ to PC
Next, connect both your Samsung and Sony Xperia XZ phones to computer. There will open a window which shows the two connected phones with their transferable data. Make sure your Samsung phone is displayed as source device on the left side and your Sony phone is shown as destination device on the right side.
Tip: You can change the sides by clicking “Flip” button if in the wrong location.
Step 3.Transfer Data from Samsung to Sony Xperia XZ
